Basic food preparation

Stock counting

Making sure stores are kept tidy in line with managerial requirements

Food service

Cleaning of all pots, pans, crockery, cutlery etc

Use of industrial style dishwasher

Making that the canteen is kept clean and tidy with clean down of all tables, chairs, floors etc at the end of service

Kitchen clean down, making sure all surfaces, floors etc are clean tidy and have been swept and mopped etc

Removal of all rubbish etc

Any other reasonable requests from kitchen manage
