Bar staff are crucial for any party or event. Bar staff need to be motivated, smart, fully trained and good communicators. Working on a busy bar makes the day go extremely quickly if you have the right attitude. You need to be proactive, work accurately and be excellent at communicating with the customers. The race meetings need bar staff to interact in a professional manner remembering the customer is having a once in a lifetime experience and bar service is the first and often the most important reflection of the day as a whole. Never underestimate the importance of running a bar efficiently and making your customers’ day one to remember. Job satisfaction in full flow!
If you have these qualities, aptitude and experience we have a Race meeting requiring bar staff in March. You can register by emailing enquiries@fortereliable.co.uk. You need to apply by 4th February 2025. Coaches are being arranged for bar staff to be taken to and from the race meeting for the four day event in March. The shifts are nice long days and you can select one or two days or the full four day event if you are certain you have the staying power!
If you are a business requiring Hospitality or Bar staff, you will recognise we have a fully trained team of bar staff. We attend events and weddings from 5/10 staff to 140 staff in Dorset, Hants., Glos., Wilts., and beyond. We arrange travel to destinations further afield. All bar staff are checked in prior to departure from Bournemouth and Poole. Our customers are given a hotline number for constant updates to ensure every event operates smoothly. An ambassador of Best Recruitment attends the event to oversee check in, arrival at and departure from the event to ensure all staff are accounted for.
After a rigorous induction process and registration procedure the team receives briefing notes leading up to your event, bar staff are carefully selected to reflect the specific event in hand and a full briefing is given again on the day by an ambassador of Best Recruitment. The minimum shift for bar staff is four hours for local events and seven hours for events where travel is involved.
