Forte Reliable Staffing Agency has been established and acquired by Managing Director, Howard Hodgson, since October 2002.

Forte is a family run company and was originally set up as a specialised catering agency delivering experienced chefs and kitchen staff to nursing homes, restaurants, pubs, industrial kitchens etc. This includes providing Michelin star chefs to fine dining restaurants and quality hotels within and outside the Dorset and Hampshire areas.

In 2009 Forte introduced its care division and is now at the forefront of Healthcare recruitment. We now supply the following organisations to name a few;
